In an internet world, people still love the re-assurance of the telephone.

Never make the assumption that because you are promoting your facility and services on your website that most people would book online. Actually, 60% - 80% of enquiries in the fitness industry are still booking tours by phone.

The lesson no matter how great your online process, make sure your site is plastered with opportunities for people to pick up the phone.

What is your website actually for If you actually have to get face to face with your prospects before they buy, then maybe the real purpose of your website is to generate a phone call, to lead to an appointment, to lead to the sale.
