Steve Jensen CEO
Steve Jensen is the founder and director of Impact Training and the National Sales Academy. Along with being both an exceptional and highly regarded International Presenter, he is also an experienced mentor coach and sales trainer who has been helping and driving his own, and other businesses since 1977.
Steve created his companies after spending over 30 years working within the Fitness industry, opening a small club early on, then becoming the CEO of numerous Health Clubs throughout Sydney in the early 70's, 80"s and 90’s. Due to his personal experience, he realised that there was a strong need for someone to help others improve their communication skills, and instigate the improvement of their confidence in order to make more sales, and make more money for themselves, and their business. Taking this upon himself, he implements this by teaching the most cutting edge skills and strategies, creating a lasting relationship with his clients and providing an ongoing, supportive environment for which they can grow.
He has presented in most countries around the world - in New Zealand, throughout South and North America, Asia and Europe. He is a master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a graduate of Tom Hopkins academy of Sales Excellence and a Certified DISC TM presenter in Behaviour Style Analysis. Along with his stead-fast dedication and passion for helping others with his incredible presentations, he has been recognised as a World-Class presenter; receiving numerous Presentation awards throughout the world, and most recently Presenter of the Year at the 2009 FILEX Exhibition.
Along with his in-house training, one on one coaching and powerful presentation skills training, he has dedicated his time and expertise to ensuring each Fitness Club and Corporate business he looks after receive exceptional service, and constantly works on providing a personalised, systemised approach to the sales system, ensuring that there is a noticeable increase in their sales ability, and an increase in their profits.

Petar Lackovic is the General Manager of Impact Training & the National Sales Academy.
