TIP 1: The Golden Rule: Never present your prices until you know the prospect wants to buy from you.
How do I do that? I hear you say!
Ask Involvement questions – Use Test Closes
I see and hear far too many great sales people ruin a sale by blurting out prices far too early.
TIP 2: First, remember that closing starts at the very beginning of the sale.
Good closers make good salespeople, and that requires qualifying the customer's needs and providing a tailored solution.
During qualification, you will find out the prospects needs. Once you know what they are looking for, you will know what to show them.
Getting at least 25 agreements during these steps will enormously increase you chances of them saying "Yes" once you ask them to buy.
Remember the "YES" momentum?
TIP 3: The best type of questions you can ask your prospect are...
The questions to ask during the Tour/Explanation should be 100% closing questions, which are opinion based such as:
"Can you see how training here can help you get in shape for your wedding?"
"What are your thoughts about what we have discussed so far?
"Do you have any questions I can answer for you?"
(REMEMBER: When the customer has questions, that is a sign that they are still interested)
"What are the key deciding factors for you getting started?"
"Will you be training on your own or with a friend?"
