TIP 1: How to create dynamic relevant tours - the best tours/ explanations are dynamic experiential ones using a combination of visual aids and involvement strategies, which engage all the senses; Sight, Touch, Smell and Sound.
Avoid going on autopilot and appearing uninterested by tailoring every tour/explanation to the individual prospect and always show your product and service in descending order of importance.
TIP 2: Test Closing Secrets
Test Closing is a valuable low risk strategy.
A test close asks for an opinion; the close asks for a decision.
This will measure the temperature of the prospects desire (Remember last weeks tip?)
A test close will tell you what you need to adjust to get the sale; it is the best diagnostic tool you can use.
Test closing gives you more control over the tour.
TIP 3: If you use this one strategy you will have an insight into what is about to happen throughout the tour/explanation, chances are you will have learnt long before the close, just what the prospect wants, thinks and expects of you.
When you know when the prospect is ready to make a decision, the close can become the logical end of the discussion.
