THE ITC HEADSTART PROGRAM COVERS THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
DAY ONE:
Core Principles of Selling Fundamentals:
- Learn the 8 steps of selling
- Learn inital contact protocols
- Learn how to use 4Ws + H to emotion
The Art of Qualification:
- Learn how to ask for the Qualification
- Tools to be completed
- Learn how to create MASSIVE Rapport
- Learn pre chat skills that increase sales
- Learn how to create REAL buying emotions
- Learn how to use "linking-in? & pre-framing techniques
- Establish a solid foundation for closing
DAY TWO:
How to Overcome Objections & Present Prices:
- Reduce the occurrence of ?I want to think about it and no time? objections
- Learn the power of the Secret Question
- Learn the importance of closing emotionally
- Learn how to present prices with the BPP effectively
- Learn how to present and use the ?If Strategy? to overcome objections
Fundamentals of Taking Incoming Calls:
- Learn how to use the incoming phone calls tools
- Learn the fundamentals on using the Enquiry Card
- Understand how the 4Ws are used on the phone
- Learn the 4 stages of incoming calls
- Learn how to ask questions that secure appointments
- Learn how to confirm appointments
- Understand how the phone increases income
ASSESSMENT & ITC TOP GUN AWARD:
The remainder of day two is spent putting all the acquired skills into practice with a series of role play sequences. There is then an exam at the end of the course requiring a 70% mark to pass, with a Top Gun Award given to the attendee who achieves the highest combined marks of the ITC Headstart Program.
