DAY ONE:

Selling Essentials Review:

  • Recap the 4Ws + H to emotion
  • Confirm usage of the "If Strategy? to overcome objections
  • Reinforce how to present prices with the BPP effectively

The Art of Qualification:

  • Learn how to ask for a Qualification Tool to be completed
  • Learn how to create MASSIVE Rapport
  • Learn how to create REAL buying emotions
  • Learn how to use ?linking in? & ?pre-framing? techniques
  • Establish a solid foundation for closing
  • Reduce ?I want to think about it and no time? objections
  • Learn the power of the Secret Question
  • Learn the importance of closing emotionally

DAY TWO:

Cutting Edge Referral Techniques:

  • Recap the fundamentals of the closing sequence
  • Learn the importance of referrals & how they are essential to income
  • Learn the strategies required for effective & profitable point of sale referrals
  • Learn how to 'Isolate Faces' to increase the quality of referrals
  • Learn how to ask for referrals at point of sale
  • Increase the volume of qualified referrals

Pro Active Referral Skills & Closing Referral Strategies:

  • Learn how to use business' data base to maximise sales
  • Learn how to use the phone to increase appointments
  • Learn how to use the (RQ) Strategey
  • Learn the art of Super Qualification to increase closing
  • Learn what to say to referrals & how to qualify them
  • Learn how to close referrals

ASSESSMENT & ITC TOP GUN AWARD:

The remainder of day two is spent putting all the acquired skills into practice with a series of role play sequences. There is then an exam at the end of the course requiring a 70% mark to pass, with a Top Gun Award given to the attendee who achieves the highest combined marks of the ITC Jumpstart Program.
