DAY TWO:
Cutting Edge Referral Techniques:
- Recap the fundamentals of the closing sequence
- Learn the importance of referrals & how they are essential to income
- Learn the strategies required for effective & profitable point of sale referrals
- Learn how to 'Isolate Faces' to increase the quality of referrals
- Learn how to ask for referrals at point of sale
- Increase the volume of qualified referrals
Pro Active Referral Skills & Closing Referral Strategies:
- Learn how to use business' data base to maximise sales
- Learn how to use the phone to increase appointments
- Learn how to use the (RQ) Strategey
- Learn the art of Super Qualification to increase closing
- Learn what to say to referrals & how to qualify them
- Learn how to close referrals
ASSESSMENT & ITC TOP GUN AWARD:
The remainder of day two is spent putting all the acquired skills into practice with a series of role play sequences. There is then an exam at the end of the course requiring a 70% mark to pass, with a Top Gun Award given to the attendee who achieves the highest combined marks of the ITC Jumpstart Program.
