My Mentor Coach

In our training, we teach you that one of the most important success strategies in life is to find a mentor for yourself; someone who can share their experiences and expertise with you, serve as a sounding board for your ideas, and be someone who holds you accountable… wow, that word: “accountability”.

Over the years I would attend training to learn new and exciting skills, only to forget how to use them or feel confused about how to apply them once I got back to my workplace. If this frustration sounds familiar to you, then don’t panic – you’re not alone! Many people find themselves in the exact same position – the secret to ensuring it doesn’t happen simply lies in finding an expert to show you how to successfully implement what you’ve learned – so then, you can watch the magic happen.

Mentors provide access to expertise that can help you learn new skills and enhance your knowledge and advance your career. Many of the world's most successful people have benefitted from having a mentor such as Richard Branson (whose mentor was Freddie Laker, and Anthony Robins who was mentored by Jim Rohn).

Your mentor can act as a sounding board for your ideas and plans, and assist you in the development of relationships, which can benefit both the mentor and the mentee.

Having your own mentor is one of the most effective ways to learn, especially when you share your goals and objectives clearly from the start. When you have the right mentor, you will be more likely to achieve sales targets and avoid mistakes that can set your career back years.

How To Get Started

Once we have completed a skills review, your first mentoring session commences with a two-hour deep-dive into your current skills and sales processes, as well as goalsetting. We’ll then plan 12 one-hour weekly or fortnightly training/coaching sessions via Zoom (online).
